Kiki (Akiko McQuerrey) is a designer/animator who lives in Greenpoint, Brooklyn. She gets joy out of visualizing non-existent objects in a sloppy spontaneous style. If you meet her in person you'll probably see her wearing short shorts even in winter. During the day she spends a good eight hours in a corporate building in Times Square making graphics and reading gossip about the company she works for on Gawker.

Hello. I'm Shannon Collins. My illustrations are the result of my obsession with old yearbooks, antique board games, vintage women's advertising, pop culture and an increasing love for animals. With tracing paper, markers, and acrylic paints, I try to translate these idiosyncratic preoccupations with poodles, people and dirty words into something resembling art: Pepto-Bismol chugging roosters, Chihuahuas with Snoop Dogg faces and bunnies (lots and lots of bunnies). But whether it's through paintings of Michael Jackson's dharmic transference or just through drawings of my family and co-workers, my main goal is to make people smile.

Luke Feldman, the creator of Skaffs, is an Australian artist that creates for a multitude of platforms. I'm just an ordinary guy who likes to do some doodles, without planing and just to relax myself. The last ones were made in India, Holland, Hawaii, Germany and Israel. Please check out my photobucket to see if you like it. I wouldn't consider myself an artist, but I believe that these subtle and subconscious works can add something to your work. I would just need an incentive to do more in future and take myself and the work seriously.

Somewhere between Wonderland and Neverland is this I-don't-know-land, where storybook characters, oppressed childhood memories, and questions of life or death float amongst leafy trees and babbling brooks.

We exist within a built environment that is mediated by organizational systems that characteristically incorporate grid structures which are meant to compress, reorder, and redisplay information. Regularly I use gridform to trancode/tranform textual information into painting, drawing, or animation. I am increasingly drawn to the way that digital camouflage works and have begun the process of embedding texts.

David de Lara is an artist whose unmistakable style and brash approach has continued to make people take notice. For most of the past decade he has drawn and painted figurative work and portraits of women. Many have wondered who the women are, but he doesn't set out to capture anyone in particular. His girls are like dolls used to symbolize the human condition and share thoughts, ideas, feelings, and reactions to events in his life.
