I have been a photographer for more than 20 years. My first love was black & white photography but have had a resurgence in inspiration with digital imagery - spurred on by the convergence of price and quality. Art is essential to me and I enjoy anything new. There is so much to learn and share I find the hardest part can be focusing on and exploring what really interests me, and not waste time on the shrinking world's infinite distractions.

Robert is a truly renaissance artist living in Edmonton Alberta. His recent series "Skinshot" explores the textures and microcosms of the skin and follows up on the "gutshot" series that expored body interiors. Robert is a painter an educator, snow sculptor and cartoonist who does not believe in artificial social boundaries between technology and art, the world of the conceptual and the fun and energy of cartoons.
