If it is possible to separate life's illuminating truth from fact with the help of mythology, then mythology must be considered as a tool to possibly achieve the same within reality.

Over the years I have taken digital stills of daytime television shows and personal imagery displayed on the Internet, amassing a vast library of unimaginably mundane scenarios. I digitally paint onto these images to highlight the underlying (or sometimes quite apparent) ability of the respective protagonists to cast themselves in the most extreme mythological fantasies.
