Art by Amy V. Coopery Amy V. Cooper is a portrait and fashion photographer currently working out of her Brooklyn, New York studio. Born and raised in Louisiana, you can take the girl out of the bayou but you can¹t take the crepuscular Sally Mann south or Faulkner influences out of the girl. Mostly introverted, Amy uses photography and painting to bring a voice to her fight for human rights and attempts to illustrate what it feels like as a female growing up in the bible belt. Amy¹s dream is to re-elect Al Gore back into office while voting in four inch Christian Louboutin mary janes.
